What is the best way to clean up aluminum after completing a project before sending it out? The chemical film is now white and discolored. Using a flapper disc all over doesn't seem to be the way to go
Reply:I would assume if its good enough to clean before the weld, try acetona and a spare SS brush.
Reply:are you talking about removing the frosting from the cleaning action? if so for this i use either 600 grit wet sandpaper then 1500 to finish or scotch-brite then aluminium polishing compoundit all depends on the finish you are after
