handcuff ring from scrap

on occasion an inmate has to be restrained with handcuffs. this picture shows a handcuff ring made out of 1in square tubing some 2x3/8th flat and a couple pieces of 1in flat. all this material was drop off from other jobs. i drilled holes so it can be bolted through the wall or welded to any suitable surface. Reply:the supervisor of mechanics tells me what he needs then leaves me to design and fabricate it. after it's done he stops by and gives me his input then i install it.

Reply:in 4 years i'll have 30 so retirement is very close. i'm planning on taking a heli-arc course in a couple months so i can work sitting down in a clean, warm shop of my own.
