What is the best method of sharpening these?
Reply:Unless you have tooling and experience. I'd send them out to a good tool sharpening service.
Reply:Best: a sharpening servicefairly good: a tool grinder with a reamer rig (it will have centers for the reamer, a stop finger to hold the flute in the proper position, and a wat to set it for the proper angle)OK: If you have a tool grinder with a magnetic chuck and enough travel, sine blocks for setup, and time, you can shpen itPoor: ("I gotta do this one hold and it doesn't need to be great, just ok, and only one edge is chipped, the rest are ok...") A fine diamond lap and LOTS of care. Tough to get all of the edges to cut this way, and tough to get the edges true, but it can be done. If the reamer was cylindrical ground, you can do ok by hand by dressing the  front face (inside the flute) of the cutting edge, rather than the outside, and get  a good cut. If there is any  relief on the edge, you must do all edges, which needs a pro, or at least good equipment.
Reply:I'll be taking it to a shop.  If the flutes were straight,I would attempt it.thanks
