I was wondering if anyone had a rough conversion as to how many cubic feet a 20 lb. Co2 would be.Miller xmt304, Miller S22 p12, Miier Maxstar SD, Miller 252 w 30A, Miller super32p12, Lincoln Ranger 9, Thermal Arc 181I with spoolgun, Hypertherm 10000 ,Smith torches. Esab 161lts miniarc.
Reply:Roughly 8.8 cubic feet per pound.Approximately 176 cubic feet for a 20lb CO2 tank.Last edited by MinnesotaDave; 06-24-2014 at 02:05 PM.Dave J.Beware of false knowledge; it is more dangerous than ignorance. ~George Bernard Shaw~ Syncro 350Invertec v250-sThermal Arc 161 and 300MM210DialarcTried being normal once, didn't take....I think it was a Tuesday.

Reply:So 160-180 cubic feet. How does 15$ for a fill on the 20 pound seem for pricing.
Reply:That's pretty good pricing - think it was about $20-25 here last time.Dave J.Beware of false knowledge; it is more dangerous than ignorance. ~George Bernard Shaw~ Syncro 350Invertec v250-sThermal Arc 161 and 300MM210DialarcTried being normal once, didn't take....I think it was a Tuesday.
Reply:Thats what I pay to fill a 5lb keg bottle. But a 20lb is $20, then a 50lb is $50, most of the cost of a fill is the filling action its self.old Miller spectrum 625 Lincoln SP-135 T, CO2+0.025 wireMiller model 250 and WP-18V torchCraftsman 100amp AC/DC and WP-17V torchCentury 115-004 HF arc stabilizerHome made 4 transformer spot welderHome made alternator welder |
