Finally fired up the ESAB heliarc and ran a few beads this weekend.I ran a bunch of beads with 6011 and 6013, varied the amps from 100 to around 140. Was able to weld for about 45 minutes at 125 amps before blowing a 30 amp fuse... replaced the fuse and blew another after about 5.. so had to call it a day.I also ran about half on DCSP and half on DCRP. didn't notice a huge differenceFor some reason only one of the flashes was firing on the cell phone camera and the other couple pics were black. figures Attached ImagesESAB Heliarc 252
