This was my first project with the new lincoln. Forced me to try a bunch of different weld positions, good practice and it produced a useable cart!  Still a few things I want to add, places to hang the gun and ground on, that sort of thing. Design came from my head, after looking at lots on here.
Reply:Speaking of additions to it, I see you don't have front wheels. You are going to want to put a handle on there so you can lift the front to move it around. Not having front wheels can be a good thing if you need it somewhere with a slope to it.  It doesn't try to roll away from where you put it. I only have 2 back wheels on mine, too. The gas bottle on the back serves to counterbalance the front so it is lightweight in the front to move around.
Reply:Yeah, I just envisioned it without front wheels. But now I'm wondering if its vulnerable to tipping. It's dang stable and seems like it would take a lot to tip it, but its still a concern. Any opinions on this? And the handle is an addition to make also.
Reply:If you want to make it a little more stable you could spread the front feet out a little more for a wider stance, and build a storage box underneath where you could put other things you will need. This will add some weight that will add more stability. Your gonna want some clamps and grinders to go with the cart. Like I said, without front wheels it wont roll away on a slope, it will stay where you put it.
