Noticed a black spot in the left bottom corner or my lens. A little smaller than a finger print. Is it bad to weld with it?
Reply:Is it an auto dark lens?Just about all modern ad lens have full uv protection as far as I know so there shouldn't be a threat of eye damage. It does sound like it would be terribly annoying though and I would probably get a new lens for that fact alone.
Reply:Yes it's a AD lens. Called 3m and they didn't recommend long continuos use of the lens but I'm gonna run it til it's broke
