Anybody have any experince with these folks? Prices look pretty good but online reviews suggest their customer service kinda sucks. Any better alternatives?
Reply:I bought my CST 280 from them in person. They are one of the local suppliers near me. Never had any issues with them. Many members here have purchased from them and I have not seen any negative comments. What are you lookin to buy ???
Reply:I got a hypertherm xp 30 from them UPS to texas,asked a lot of questions before purchase were very nice received took out of box,but have not used yet hopefully tomorrow.I would use them again,someone on the forum recommends them!
Reply:I've used them a few times.The only time I had to deal with their customer service was on an order of a bunch of little stuff. They didn't have something and called me immediately to straighten it out. I even changed a few things while on the phone with them.
