Not really, built it for a buddies 110v Lincoln. Had to be semi rough terrain to move it through his yard to the shed. The shocks are not functional (but sure look cool )And I finally got tired of seeing the junk piled up under my chop saw.Solution, make the cart into a cabinet and HIDE it. If you cant fix it with a hammer, it must be an electrical problem."Boy, everyone starts with a full bag of luck and an empty bag of experience. The trick is to fill the bag of experience before the bag of luck is empty."-Grandad circa 1990ish

Reply:That cart looks amazingly like one I drew up for myself last night. Could you please post the dimensions of both decks and height at the front and back of the top deck?I need to fit my 110v MIG on top and then I have a little HF 80A inverter stick welder and a Miller Spectrum 375 plasma cutter (the old style that is ~19" wide) that I need to fit on the bottom (along with a small gas cylinder on the rear). Thanks, and nice job on your cart!

Reply:I can understand why the shocks do not function but them small swivel wheels in front won't go far in the grass or anything that is not smooth and hard.....
