Reply:Amature  hour ! No hat , gloves,  or shields. Using the grinder one hand and  other hand on hood, short sleeves. One tripod, no stands, carts, and I didn't see a fire extinguisher.     Welds and cutting work make me cry. I knew a blind guy that would do better. I hope they test that before putting in service. I guess that's what $10 a hour gets you.    I can't believe they posted that.
