A rose by any other name is still just a handrail

A little more design work in 1/2" hot rolled square bar. The rose is taken from the home owner's business logo.There's 46 feet of 34" tall (2" space under bottom makes 36") rail with 3 rose designs in certain parts of it, they also get 3 extra free standing roses.3/8" x 1-1/2" h.r flat bar top and bottom rails, 1/2" h.r. square bar balusters and designs. These will get sand blasted and powder coated, probably brown. The rose parts were cut to approximate length, then bent on the Hossfeld #2, then trimmed with a band saw.I enlarged the rose from the clients letterhead with a projector, onto a big a** piece of paper (It's nice having family members in the printing biz, 48" butt rolls with 8" of paper left last a long time) clamped to a piece of sheet metal, then traced it with a sharpie.Then take the bent trimmed parts and lay them on the paper, tweak them if needed (almost always needed) and tack.Normally I'll then tack the rest on top of the first and weld up when they're all fitted up, but this time I had to get a section of rail done in time for a function at the clients home so they could show off their new work.
