Part 1.This post will be in 5 parts because of the photo limitations per post. I would like to provide some help and maybe some solutions for those who have or may want to buy a chopsaw in the future. The techniques work flawlessly, save a tremendous amount of time, wear & tear on a saw & blades, and provide much cleaner cuts. A chopsaw is generally a "dry cut" unit that needs no lubrication because of its' design and blade tip configuration of tungsten hardness and the grind of the tungsten. The best blade is one of C-7 grade or higher. Personally I favor the Freud Diablo 14" for my saw.The photos per this post are:1. Typical method most(95%) will do to cut square tubing....WRONG!2. Simple add-on fixture to position tubing properly.3. Fixture bolted to vise jaw.4. Tubing held properly for cutting.5.
