? On my new tig torch

I just got a new torch it is a trim line 26 series from ck worldwide wide.I got it because it is rated for 200 amps and it is a compatible with my 17 series torch parts.Everything fits on it but when I set it up for gas lens and cups the insulator doesn't fit there is a gap between the cup and the insulator.  Is there a different insulator I need to get.notice the gap between the cup and insulator  am I doing something wrong??Precision tig 225Millermatic 185 w/ spoolgunLincoln 140Dewalt cold saw
