Reply:i always thought "weld wile you weight" would be a good signif they want it right away they pay more and your not storing and weighting for pickup, a small shop can fill up in a hurry if people don't pick there stuff right away people can book on line and know when its there turn to bring there stuff for you to fix

Reply:I always liked the sign over the Lincoln Electric building in Cleveland. It actually rained sparks. Looked for an image online but couldn't find one.

Reply:a light box ( illuminated sign) clad in sheet metal which has been plasma cut/oxy/gouged to reveal lettering and phone number, website and email.start spreading the wordtake plenty of pictures of your work, believe me!good luck

Reply:Pick something that is easy to remember, easy to spell, and easy to type ( for emails, web addresses, etc.). It should also tell what you do. Johns Welding would be a fine example, johns Pipe Welding would be better, simple, easy to remember, you know who owns it and exactly what they do.Last edited by walker; 10-31-2014 at 08:16 AM.
Reply:i have a freind that has a sign companyhe would ask how far off the main road will the sign behow long would a person driving by have to see the signthen he can tell how big to make the lettering and how much can be read with time alloued welding and fabercation would be the best thing, saying what you do if you give me the distance and time i will ask him for the datajohn
Reply:Do like Doctors, put up a sign that says practicing welding. That a way nobody can say you over advertised and they expect more.
