hey guys so I am new at welding just practicing right now. But I would like to get the right gear I am like 3 x and I don't know where can I find it if anybody knows where to get it I will appreciate some store names thanks.. Joe
Reply:I am like 3X as well. I bought my gloves at the local welding store, they have gloves that actually fit my huge mitts pretty well. I ordered leather sleeves and a couple of flame retardant jackets {one miller and one lincoln :-) } online. Reply:I used to be 5' 9". Now I'm shrunk to 5' 8". I'm a little North of 200 LBS. I don't think I'm that unusual in size. Clothing is impossible to find. I buy XL tee shirts they fit OK. Long sleeves hang past my finger tips. Pants that fit at the waist hang several inches below my crotch, and the legs are ridiculous, way too long, and big enough for both legs in one.
