Is this able to be welded

Hello, is this part of my exhaust on my rodeo ute able to be welded? If so how much would i be looking at?
Reply:Yes, but is likely rusted away enough that it will break in short order. Those parts are usually available new from a good parts supplier.

Reply:It won't be welded in that position you have to take it apart anyway so save the headache and get a new replacement part....zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a  dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.
