Reply:@ Fex - Nice work on the crosses!Recently acquired a beautiful cross from an artist in MN.  Believe the square nails are brazed or silver soldered.  Have yet to closely inspect the bonds/fusion.  Guess what my relatives will be receiving for Christmas this year? A variation on a theme:  crosses w/ micro-TIG welds and heat finished to bring out some dakine colors.  Shaka!
