Luck with Miller4less?

Has anyone had any issues with ordering from miller4less?  I ordered some parts for my Bobcat which I use as my backup power for my house.   Order was placed on the 16th, and it still shows as "processing".  I called them and they said, "sorry, just haven't gotten around to shipping it yet."  What????  Just curious if anyone else has had issues getting parts from them?
Reply:No issues here. Had parts in stock the dozen or so times I have ordered from them. Prompt service too.
