Need some info on this Lincoln Idealarc

I'm looking for a cheap TIG unit and this looks like a good start.  I am a novice in regards to the TIG process, but for the price I would at least have a good quality stick welder (obviously if the machine works).  It definitely loks like an oldie but goodie, but I don't want to be left with a heavy a#s paperweight. What would you guys pay for this unit if it works as it should? Attached Images
