Filler panel for security gate.

Buddies girlfriend lives in a bit of a rough neighborhood. He got her a gate to go between the house and garage but it was a bit too narrow. This is what we came up with.Frame is 1/8" 1x1 square tube and 1/8" 1x1 angle (to bolt to the garage) Two 3/8" round bar running up the center and 5/32" 7018 rods (with the flux knocked off) as cross pieces. Barely visible is the letter "M" I cut for the front from 16ga aluminum. Redneck CNC style. Find image online, blow up to size on copier, make stencil, trace stencil, cut on band saw, file rough edges. If you cant fix it with a hammer, it must be an electrical problem."Boy, everyone starts with a full bag of luck and an empty bag of experience.
