Help identifying this machine

Need help identifying this machine.  What is it worth.  It has the Hercules L head gas engine in it.  Any information would be helpful Thanks Attached Images
Reply:Appears to be a mid to late 1940's SAE300 Lincoln.
Reply:You don't show the rest of it?BUT!I remember a Thread somewhere about an "Industrial Tractor" (Case maybe) that had an air compressor and welder on it for use as a "Tugger"  by the Maintenance Mechanics in a Factory setting.

Reply:Here is another picture. It is on a trailer. I cannot find any identification.  This is one of three gas powered welders lying around the farm. They have been sitting in the weather forever.

Reply:It's a Lincoln SAE for sure. On the right hand dial under the pointer should say SAE on the left and the amp rating on the right.
