Anyone ever replaced their exhaust manifold on their sa 200? What did you pay?
Reply:Expect to pay anywhere from $115 - 135 for a new manifold. If you use the R-57 idler you will need to drill and tap the hole for the vacuum line and plug the hole that comes already tapped. The hole provided is too low and the line is in the way of the idler linkage. No biggie.http://stores.ricksagparts.com/manif...0e502-rap0323/
Reply:I think it's amazing that some of these machines have been burning rod longer than their last 3 owners did and probably outlived a few of them. And to think parts are still available, I can't get parts for a 5yr old generator!
Reply:I know its not cost efficient with a new manifold available for under 200, but why hasnt anyone built their own manifold, in true WW fashion
Reply:Thanks for the manifold info bro I have a new one on the way I'll get it put on Monday or Tuesday
Reply:On the part of your idler behind the carb with the adjustment (stick) what do you have your set as mine is idling too high so quick way do I need to adjust it? |
