which tig????

ive read many posts and many people recomend the miller dx-200, but working on a budget does anyone have any opinions on the hobart tigmate as far as quality welds and durability?? thanxs any info would help..Bob
Reply:i have an htp invertig 201 and i love it, very similiar to a dynasty 200dx
Reply:The tigmate is a nice machine but somewhat limiting if you want to do alum. I looked at it before I bought my syncrowave 200. I would have loved the dynasty but couldn't swing the cash. I get almost everything the dynasty had at about 1/2 the cost. I wanted to be sure I bought a machine I wouldn't out grow right away after I finished learning tig.
