Finished my summer project and I like to share a few pictures.I upgraded the wooden rose gate: The side decorations were (plasma-) cut out of 20g sheets: The foundation is about 500# of concrete in each side. The 2x4 keeps the rebar frame with the bolts in place until the concrete is solid. The square tube is bend using a HF roller and is cut later to the final size: Now the bowed top will be connected with the vertical tubes.One side is 9cm/3.5" longer than the other because of the slope of the walkway.The side segments are made out of 3/8" square: The frame is mounted and the gate is done!
