Reply:That looks like way too big of a wheel for that size grinder. Cup wheels should be available from most grinding wheel suppliers like Norton or CGW, etc. I think they make special ones for stone too.
Reply:Not exactly what you looking for but it looks pretty darn similar.http://www.dexpan.com/abrasive-cup-g...-grinding.aspx
Reply:They also make a variety of diamond wheels for grinding stone/concrete. Both edge as well as cup style wheels. I have both a 4 1/2" as well as a 7" diamond cup wheel, and both thick and thin diamond "edge" wheels, usually used for tuck pointing brick. My thick ones I have a flat edge as well as a pointed V like edge and a really worn one that produces a 1/2 round shape. My buddy who does concrete counter tops has a bunch of diamond polishing wheels for both his 4 1/2" and 7" grinders, with a wet adapter. These work like sanding disks and he can go down to a mirror finish on stone/concrete if need be.Concrete/ masonry suppliers usually stock either or the abrasive wheels/cups or the diamond wheels. The polishing stuff is a bit harder to locate. Last place I remember seeing them stocked specialized on stone flooring IIRC..No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size. Reply:I had a grinding stone similar to that one on a Makita 5" grinder explode on me once. I was on my knees grinding some uneven concrete when I heard the loudest rifle shot and instant pain in both legs. I was very fortunate the flying chunks of stone didn't hit any bones or other sensitive body parts. I will never again put a "stone" on a grinder without some kind of guard to protect myself. I was wearing coveralls and knee pads. Those broken chunks fly off at over 150 miles per hour.  Be careful out there!
Reply:Ouch! The one on the calf looks like it really hurt.
Reply:You better believe it hurt Pipeliner! For three weeks after that my legs ached and would cramp up laying in bed! Never again!
Reply:I have a friend that uses a cut off wheel on a die grinder without a shield and doesn't wear safety glasses either.12v battery, jumper cables, and a 6013.I only have a facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/pages/VPT/244788508917829
