Reply:Good going bud, I had to get that cert and overhead a long time ago. It was murder, during the summer hot as a bastard and did both of them back to back. 4hrs straight burning rod. I had to use 5/32 tho. Nice job there bud congrats I hate being bi-polar it's awsomeMy Heroes Have Always Been Cowboys
Reply:Congrats..It only took you 5 minutes from start to finish for that test? Damm, you're quick.. It takes me alteast a minute or two to fit up and tack the test plates.Weren't you worried about the plate getting to hot and the weld drooping down.. The last test I took, it was only 3/8ths plate, I did it in 3 passes, but waited a bit to do the cap so it looked nice..

Reply:Congrats. Is always feels good to pass a welding test and get a ticket. I recently took my CWB 4 position stick plate test and passed all 4 the first try. Flat, horizontal, vertical up and over head. Reply:Congrats man! I go in for the same test Monday. Any pointers for me would be appreciated.
