Is an older Ridgid grinder good quality

I need another bench grinder and would love a quality item. My current Box store Delta is quite dissapointing. Anyway, considering this one usedhttp://toronto.kijiji.ca/c-ViewAdLar...354b4j_18.jpeg. Reply:Update, I picked up the grinder tonight in the parking lot of a supermarket. Kinda felt clandestine. WOW is all I can say. This thing is a piece of industrial art. Not many of my friends would understand how I can get so pleased out of such a nicely built tool. It is dead smooth and silent. It also came with an extra set of US made carborundum grinding wheels. I would bet these are good quality too somehow. The box they came in looks to be about 15-20 years old. Reply:Now that the Grinder is looking newer, Here is a photo of it. I have used it and it it has zero discernible vibration. No need to bolt this one down, compared to my two bouncing Deltas. Anyone know if Ridgid made this or relabeled another brand? One of my fav used tools for under $50.I love how beefy the wheel guards are. Reply:I have an old 2 speed 10 inch grander, 900/1800 rpm. I use 900 rpm for shaping because it keeps the edge running cooler.
