Used Miller Spectrum 375

Somebody has a this plasma cutter on Craigs list for $200.00.   He says the torch is bad.  It is real tempting to check it out.     A torch is over $300.00.    Could this be a rip-off or a great deal?  I thought I would ask the experts before I move forward.thx,BrianHH135 MigEverlast PowerUltra 205Century heavy duty 250dc/295ac stickA/O system, victor 450 series gauges w/cutting torch and j100 torch.
