Rolled or welded?

Howdy,Seeking opinions, gentlemen.Customer sent me this weird handrail, which looks welded to me: the took 45 or whatever degree elbows and welded to straight runs, but was it bent by chance? Reply:It could be bent, but bear in mind that elbows are commonly used in pipe rail fabrication.In that picture though, the kinks look indicitive of a bender not suited for the job. Too much deformation in the bends. Either that or somebody does not know how to weld elbows in and make it look fluid.-Niche
Reply:I'm a decent tig hand by now, and an amateur bender. but welding grinding and polishing 12 ft of a rail like this sound a way more time consuming than bending it.
