Experienced welder advice

Reply:Picts would certainly be a big help in understanding your problem. When guys simply can not manage to slow themselves down, I find forcing them to use a circular motion can help. That can cause other issues, but it does cause them to slow down their travel speed when nothing else seems to work..No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size.
