A part I made today. (Well actually two. They are identical)304 stainless. Those are roughly .25" diam holes.About 176 lines of code for a little over 300 holes (150+ holes per part)Had to do all by hand pressure on the quill / spindle feed.About 2" thick. Super sensitive parts. Get one chance not to break the tool off inside the metal.My arm is officially tired. 8 drill bits RIP. Gallons of coolant later....Zap this wasnt a fun job...
