Stuck leads

On my dialarc 250 the ground clamp lead has the piece thatplugs into the welder and it has melted in there what can i do to get it out or switch the polaritysMiller Dialarc 250Miller Bobcat 225Hobart Oxy/FuelCouple of Dewalt and Milwaukee GrindersJET Bandsaw and Drill Press
