having a hard time finding a metal dealer near me.i find some places online but think it would be cheaper if i could just pick it up myself.if anybody know a scrap dealer that would sell to me that would be great to?
Reply:Welcome, HurleyShark. Your best bet is probably a google search, "steel suppliers lufkin tx". You may find scrap dealers but they may or may not let you browse, depending on their view of insurance liability, so worth a call before you stop by.
Reply:Thank for the reply! Man its pretty crazy how much metal cost new vs scrap prices! i find a few places that might sell some 10 gauge sheet metal but being Sunday they all pretty much closed. This find metal stuff all pretty new to me i've though about call some of these fab shops to see if they would sell some stuff out scrap bin.
