Name of templates/guides for notching drill pipe??

I cannot remember the manufacturer or the generic term for the items that come three (3) (I think) to a set for notching the end of drill pipe with a O/A torch or plasma cutter.  Seems like there are two halves with springs that allow you to slide it over the pipe and cut it as in building a fence.   Thanks for anyone with better recall than me!
