Reply:I agree Ken, its hard to say. But there is a lot of job loss in this area and you would be surprised what kind of deals you can get now a days out here. A lot of the people that were living high off the hog when times were good are sure feeling it now. I used to love going in to Sally Ann stores and pick up some good deals on things, now they are picked clean and there are staying open from 8 AM to 8 PM everyday.
Reply:I know what you mean by good deals right now, but I have always been the cautious one!About a month ago, I picked up a $1800.00 when new a few years back, 55 ton, USA made, Ramco shop press, that had a few hundred in extra upgrades done to it when new, I  bought it for $500.00!And I am constantly seeing really good deals on Craigslist that I wish I had a few extra $100,000.00 laying around, so I could go out and grab them all...every last one...go get em fore someone else does...gotta have em...eh he he he!No worries, don't need a straight jacket YET!  #1.
