Reply:The Intellitig is a great weld sequencer, but seems to be hard to find and high priced.  As an alternative, you may find a Thermal Arc sequencer from a plasma welding system.  This does start current and time, upslope, weld, downslope, and final current and time.  With the pulser module which is commonly found with the unit, you can control the pulse.  There are also triggers built in to function a couple of relays to start and stop rotation or other devices.Good luck.
