this was on my bench this am. it's a carriage for a locking device that opens and closes cell doors. some of the teeth are worn preventing the door from opening completely. at first i was going to build up the teeth with weld metal but figured replacing a section with some scrap square stock would reduce heat input. sorry pics not in order.
