Does anyone own one need some info on some things as far as plasma cutting goes? I bought one thinking it was a torchmate guy never told me it wasn't until i search one the internet runs awesome for routing but i want to use it for plasma cutting need to know how to set it up for that what i need..the machine only had 2hrs on itThanks, BrooksStrive For Perfection

Reply:It is from the makers of torchmate. It's just their routermate product line. I don't know how compatable the software is going to be with plasma cutting. The routermate driver software screenshot looks almost identical to our torchmate software at work. We do have the torch control boxes though so you may need those and possibley a torque sensing motor for the z-axis. Fabricating a torch head holder shouldnt be that hard for you. We modified the **** out of ours last week so we can have a 12in height adjustment. I would contact torchmate. they are really good about technical support in my opninion.
