band saw repair

I bought a wilton band saw from a trailer manufacturer a few years back that had been hit with a  forklift. the lowering cylinder had broken the mounting pin casting out. I took it all apart and took the broken casting to the local old-timer machinist, they brazed it all up and its work great for about 2 years. About 3 weeks ago friday night with a monday morning deadline the casting decided it was time to die again and it also broke off the end of the cylinder. here is a few pictures of jury-rigging it back together the first one is the broken piece and I had to thread the hydraulic shaft  and add a ring I made a end piece for the cylinder and a pin, the the saw is up and running hopefully this will help someone in the same boat. I made my deadline and will probably wait until it breaks again to fix it right thought I had more pictures but people on here can get the gist of it Attached ImagesDo not argue with an idiot. Reply:Great fix.  What do you use the starting fluid for?  A spray cleaner?
