bumber mounted water cannon build

Ok guys i thought id get some of your ideas. Im building a tactical type 2 water tender. I can buy a water cannon for around 6 thousend. But the hell with that. I wanna use the semi's air compressor to fill a tank then push air threw a 1inch line to a nozzel. Im not 100% if that will work? What do you guys think? Ill have pics of what Ive got done so far in the morning.
