My welds and projects

Thought I'd start this and just post pics every now and then of my welds and projects and see what ya'll think.  First couple of pics are my mig welds running straight line on 1/8" thick steel with my old millermatic 200 the last one should be my 7018 weld with my miller maxstar 150.  In the middle are the underbody boxes I'm building and you can also see i pic of my work cart I just recently threw together. Reply:Brothers In laws samurai I've been working on.  He wanted me to build bumpers, extend the frame and do a shackle reversal.  All the parts I've hand cut with my Hobart plasma cutter.  It's all welder with my old mm200 which I love.  Was gonna smooth it all out but I think it looks tougher with welds showing.  Also it's all 3/16 plate. Reply:Loos great!  Don't get me wrong, but I don't know why you or anybody would post one picture (pic #4) that's blurry.  We can't see the weld bead clearly in that pic.  The "edit" function is your friend. Reply:I know didn't notice it till after I done posted and for some reason the ipad always posts my pics sideways.  Hes really pleased with the bumper gonna cut out for led blinkers and cut out for led light bar as well.  I also gotta straighten the piece in front of the winch mount I wish I'd though and added some support to keep it straight before I welded it but unfortanatly I didn't.  Gonna start on rear and rock sliders tomorrow hopefully.

Reply:Looks good. What kind of headlights are those ? They kinda look like airplane lights. The bumper turned out nice. Nothing stronger then homemade.
