Tweco 211i or powermig 210mp

So I can't decide which machine to get. Need help deciding. Can somebody who knows about these machines give me their opinion on them.

Reply:I can't really comment on the 210mp as I dont know anyone that has one yet, they look nice though! I have used a 211i and own a 252I, they are solid machines and the Fusion gun has turned out to exceed my expectations. I run mine on a generator mostly and has worked perfect for mig and stick. The Tweeco comes with lots of extras, the cart is also a great setup if you order that package. Having the ability to hold a larger spool of wire is a plus. I find the setup to be very quick and easy and with gloves can turn the knobs without any issue. if you can find a place that sells both ask them thier opinion, also if they have welded with both and which one does a better job on the process you are going to use the most.ESAB Rebels 215 and 235, ESAB HELIARC 281i, ESAB ET 301i, Hypertherm 85 and 45XP, Thermal Arc 185, TD 60i, HTP PRO PULSE 300
Reply:Jaws have you tried tig on it? I went to air gas and they will not have anymore 210 mp's til late May .

Reply:I messed with the tig function on the 252i when I first got it, I can't say there is anything spectacular about it in this area, it works like advertised on the test welds I did. I have not had any recent jobs that called for DC tig that my 185TSW could not handle, and am partial to using that machine.Good luck, I am sure you would be happy with either one. Reply:Can you use any tig torch on the 211i or does it have to be a tweco one? I hooked up my tig torch to it but I can't get it to start the arc. Does it need a trigger?

Reply:Thanks I tried it with the mig gun and it  worked. Where can I buy a trigger/button for it?

(Edit...won't work because it takes $150. to get a discount) Here is how I handle the machine end.. $2.00 trailer plug (two sets) will allow for the tig, and mig to use the same 8 pin.. I swap my guns around, and don't want to mess with buying a bunch of 8-pins etc.. I am going to get some Velcro to hold the button on, tape get warm and sticky.. Machine is not here to worry about that anyway.. This is just all thrown together stuff. Ft pedal is good too, but the button is kind of nice too. I have other machines with a ft pedal, so kind of a waste for me.. If one shows up cheap,  I will grab it.
