Still struggling with bead width size variance Better photos would just prove uglier welds. I just need more bench time and more aluminum projects before I can say that I am truly "friends" with the Dynasty. I think I need to switch back to a smaller diameter filler rod for these smaller size parts too.In action...and yes it's not square by design, to compensate for camera design limitations.
