Looking at the United Association 104's apprenticeship I noticed you specify a craft when applying for an apprenticeship. http://www.seattlepipetrades.org/app...formation.aspxIs this the case for the Boilermakers and Ironworkers as well? I've been looking at the different unions trying to decide what exactly it is I would most enjoy with welding. If anyone has any experience welding in a union and can help answer my question, please weigh in.

Reply:Supposedly there is a lot of work in Seattle right now. A guy I grew up with in California called me a few months ago. He was up here building water storage tanks on Lake Washington.
