Reply:That is the table I can not wait to build, looks great but if you dont mind me asking.....What size did you machine the holes to and what tools do you plan to use there? How much money do you think you have in the metal, wheels, and machined holes?ThanksBrucesyncrowave 250Millermatic 211Fabricator 211iBobcat 250 EFI12VS Extreme24x40 shopSOME OF THE STUFF I HAVE BUILTwww.facebook.com/gowildfabhttp://www.gowildfabrication.com/

Reply:that's a nice table. you went heavy duty except for the angle frame. looks like there could be some "flexure" there. did you run out of tubing?i.u.o.e. # 15queens, ny and sunny fla
Reply:I like it!I get the bar spacing for easy use of clamps, fill me in on what the holes are for.Nice, neat, functional build.
Reply:I only put about 200 bucks into myself. The rest was free! That's why the crapy Fran top it does now wave a slight bend 1/4". I just got a quote for some more 3" square 1/4" wall. Will be swaping that out and painting base this spring. I water jet the wholes 5/8" to use strong hand tooling eventually. Right now I use drill press vise grip style clamps that work really good. I prob build some tooling of my own as well.
Reply:I did look up some metal costs when I was building to see how kick a$$ on a come up I got. Each slat of 5"x43"x3/4" (drops that's why odd size) where 46 bucks I have 11. Square tubing 3"x3"x1/4" at 10' guy quoted me 80 a piece. Castors where 100 bucks. All thread and bolts 50 bucks. Probably about 100 bucks to water jet holes in each individual slat. The quota for the steel was all new metal yard prices. I'm sure if you picked around you could find it cheaper.
Reply:Great idea!I may just have to borrow it?
Reply:Also the spacing between slats is 1.75" same as strong hand. I also bolted slats down in stead of welding them down. This allows me to replace or remove slats for odd builds or what ever.
Reply:I really like your rolling base frame setup.

Reply:you water-jetted the holes in the bench top? i would love to see a picture of that machine and are those tubes stainless or did you polish them?i.u.o.e. # 15queens, ny and sunny fla
Reply:Might have a slight pitch to the holes might have to mag drill them out when I buy tooling. The tubes are mild steel took off mill scale they are for a tube bender I'm building. The clamps are cheap they have a threaded base that screws in to a loop bolt thing. Those are harbor freight for 8 bucks a piece other wise you can find better brands online or at homedepot just search drill press clamps on web you can find them.
Reply:I'm going to get some 5/8" round solid stock tape and drill so I can put on the vise grip clamps so they can pull out easy and move. Instead of unscrewing them every time.

Reply:Very nice table.  I might copy parts of the frame build as well.  Curious as to where you purchased your casters?Scott
