Here is a +10" swingarm that I fabricated for a customer. It is for a Suzuki LT500 Quadzilla and is 10" over the OEM length. It is fabricated from .875"x.065" 4130 chromoly and weighs right @ 9 lbs. complete.Mike.Fitting a diagonal gusset.Close fit-up.Template out of cardboard to transfer to some .125" P&O for the lower shock mount.Lower shock mount and crosstube fishmouthed.Cleaned and tacked together prior to one last test fit.Brake caliper alignment pin machined and welded into position.Chain guide mount bent up, trimmed and welded into position.Completed and ready to ship to customer.

Reply:Those LT500's were pretty cool machines. Biggest 2-stroke single in a race quad and not too bad of an engine if you could keep the coolant from cavitating and eating the heads up.
