I made a shooting stand for a friend at work.. Not perfect. But I'm not either... It'll work and I'm pretty confident on those welds holding the plates... I redesigned it from my previous version. Critiques and comments are def welcome. Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk

Reply:This is nicely done. I'm gonna steal this idea, but I'm thinking I will use a slight tilt downward to deflect bullets groundward. Thanks for posting this.MillerMatic 252Miller Xtreme 625Miller Digital Elite
Reply:Hahaha i did try to go for that slight tilt. I just gave up when it was proving a pain in the butt the first way i made it. But i think that's a grand ideaSent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk
Reply:Nice. Only change I've seen done is to add a slant to the lower part of the "hinge". This way the target will want to stay forward and not end up at an angle. The momentum is usually enough to get the target up over the bend or "hump" and gravity keeps it forward. I've also seen them done with small "ramps vs just bending the material..No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size. Government programs, once launched, never disappear. Reply:Will a hit cause the target to swing all the way to the opposite side, so it re-sets itself? Target angled down on one side would become angled up on the other.I like the idea, wish we had enough space for that kind of target shooting.

Reply:Ooo i did not make angles hinges... I put an angle in that stem that holds them to be tilted foward...Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk
Reply:I'm a bit lost how the targets will reset to the other side in the pics? I agree with "tbone550".
