Been looking for a while now for a good tubing notcher and the different types. I looked at the clip types such as Lowbucks and the saw types. I chose to go with the saw type because I could do different sizes of pipe by just changing hole saws (>$10) as opposed to buying new die sets (<$125). I setteled on the Notch master because I thought it looked very well built and would accept up to 3" tude diameter. Anyone out there use this notcher? What do you think about it?StephenMillermatic 251Miller Syncrowave 200Miller 30A SpoolgunHypertherm Powermax 30Etc., etc., etc.............Cancer Sucks!
Reply:I have one. It's a fantastic piece of equipment and has taken all my abuse without so much as a hiccup. I'd buy another one in a second if I ever needed it.KevinHobart Handler 210Tweco Fabricator 181iLincoln Squarewave Tig 175 |
