looking for a metal lathe jaw for a lathe im building dont need itto be for a certain kind any will do .. or maybe if sumeone got a good ideal on maken one let me know thanks...
Reply:you're gonna need to narrow down the field -QUITE- a bit.first, i assume you mean you're looking for a lathe -chuck-, not a jaw, correct?want a 3 jaw, 4 jaw or 6 jaw chuck?spindle noses (the part of the lathe the chuck "fastens to") come in numerous config's as well: numerous thread sizes, LO and LOO, various camlock types, etcand you never said what -size- chuck you're lookin' for, either....(diameter). saying what brand and (factory-rated) size your lathe is would be sort of a start...good luck
