Maybe he'll be open to an offer for the Miller welder too.One time I took a drive into Portland about a pair of Klipsch Heresy speakers for a good price in CL. I came away with the speakers - AND a beautiful early Colt Python for $450. more. I think of that as one of the best deals I've ever made and it was a result of happenstance. The guy and I shared interests in nice old stereo gear and it turned out, nice old firearms.You just never know! Reply:Don't know about your area, but around here those bottles are worthless without a title.  You can't get them refilled without a title here.  If questioned, you need the original bill of sale form the LWS you bought them from, or a bill of sale from the first owner who has title.  Sounds like a PITA, but if you're dealing with a reputable LWS it's actually protecting the real owner of the bottles, prevents people stealing them and trying fill/sell the suckers.For any legal geeks here..........title is the right to possess, and transfer possession of property"Any day above ground is a good day"http://www.farmersamm.com/
